This publication proves an evaluation of the quantitative impact on trade flows of the prospective ratification of the EU-Mercosur agreement and of a more ambitious and deeper strategic integration agenda between the European Union and Latin America through the interconnection and harmonization of the network of trade agreements between the countries and trade blocs of the region and the EU.
