Georgetown Americas Institute

The policy brief is based on recommendations discussed during a policy workshop hosted by the Georgetown Americas Institute in May 2023. These recommendations identify specific and meaningful reforms that can be reasonably implemented in each country to address some of the weaknesses in their current criminal enforcement systems.
