Latin America and the entire hemisphere are at a critical juncture. The ravages of the COVID-19 pandemic have illuminated the long-term challenges facing the region, from governance and the rule of law to economic growth and social inclusion.

The Georgetown Americas Table monthly interview series will elevate the voices of creative leaders across the region—a mix of established and emergent change-makers wrestling with political, economic, and social problems and optimistic about the future. Diverse leaders across sectors will share both their personal and professional stories and their practical visions for progress across issues ranging from education and public health to migration, technology, and the environment.

Muni Jensen, a media consultant with the Georgetown Americas Institute, will host the series.
